After seven and a half years all the staff here at Fringe are very sad to have to say good bye to Kellie. She has been a fantastic venue manger and will be greatly missed.

From the 5th March I will be your point of call for any lunch orders, deliveries, function booking or any general enquiries you may have. You all might have seen me around Fringe, I have also been a Fringe employee for seven and a half years. I started as a bartender and have moved my way up the ranks to Assistant Manager and Venue Function Co-Ordinator. Please feel free to pop in and meet me or just say hello next time you’re in for a drink.
This week we have some Tasty Specials for you all to try. I can’t wait to have the Italian Style Chicken Casserole for lunch on Friday. Fringe would also like to welcome back Rhonda our chef, she has been away on holidays for the past month. I hear her trip was fantastic, can’t wait to see some photos. Big thanks to our apprentice chef Jarred for taking over the kitchen while Ronda was away.
