Drink Package Options
On Consumption Bar Tabs
· Function specials are available on selected products for bar tabs of $500 or more. All other products available at regular prices.
· Fringe Bar will supply arm bands for your group to denote your bar tab and specified products available to your guests.
· The dollar amount of your tab is up to can be checked at any time.
· You nominate a fixed bar tab amount or time limit for beverages to be available to your guests. Beyond this, your guests pay for their own beverages.
· Itemised receipts are available for all bar tabs on request.
Upstairs products All products excluding tap beer are available in the upstairs function rooms. (Products Subject to change)
4 drink card packages:
Available for groups of 50 or more and must be pre-paid. Products made available with the drink cards are tailored to your group.
Per Head Packages:
Level 1 - $27 per head ($7.50 per hour after the first 3hrs)
Hardys Shiraz, Hardys Chardonnay, Hardys Sparkling, Local pots (down)/Local stubbies (up), Soft drink (not including fresh juice and Redbull)
Level 2 $40 per head ($10 per hour after the first 3 hrs)

Level 3 - $48 per head ($12.50 per hour after the first 3 hrs)

A classic drink with a twist. Vanilla Galliano, Cointreau, Fresh Lemon and vanilla sugar shaken to create the perfect contrast between sweet and sour making this Martini irresistible.

An exotic twist on a cocktail classic which promises to refresh your mojo. The hint of apple and mango are sure to evoke a Caribbean déjà-vu.
Cinfully, Sloely, Passionately (Created by Joe Champ)
With the pun intended, this cocktail thrives on the exotic and somewhat tropical combination of sloe berries, apple and passion fruit, while your palette savors the lingering cinnamon and burnt orange flavor of this tantalizing tasty beverage.
The Geisha (Created by Ian Kissane)
A delicious, light, fresh, post modern take on the traditional Tiki style cocktail. This creation draws on Bacardi Limon and Malibu to form it’s base and is concluded with Paraiso and a combination of apple and pineapple.
Tantric (Created by Ian Kissane)
Absolut Pear. Muddled and shaken with the refreshing taste of cucumber. A spin on a traditional sour cocktail in the form of a Pear Sour with a hint of vanilla.
The Rhi (Created by Lukas Peltohaka)
A deliciously smooth mix of Paraiso and Parfait Amour. Shaken with fresh mint and a cleansing squeeze of lime, topped with Lemonade. It’s light, it’s fruity and it’s wickedly addictive.
Blue Bird
Fresh blueberries and mint muddled with the warm flavour of Bacardi Gold, Chambord and Cointreau; finished with a dash of cranberry juice. This sweet cocktail is a hit with everyone’s taste buds.
Apple Tie
A tangy yet fresh cocktail which is put together by the combination of fresh apple and apple schnapps, the burnt orange aroma’s of Cointreau and a subtle serving of ginger beer. A winner for anytime of the year.

Raspberry Tart
Reminiscent of something that Grandma might have baked years ago, this sweet cocktail combines only the finest ingredients. Absolut Raspberri and Frangelico with freshly muddled limes and raspberries. This drink is quite a treat.
Chiquita
This award winning cocktail won the creator a trip to Sydney back in 2007. A twist on the ever popular Margarita, this cocktail combines 1800 Resposado Tequila with Vanilla Galliano and Cointreau which slide across palette leaving a smooth yet refreshing aftertaste of fresh thyme and grapefruit.
Fig Jam
Reaching the top 3 in our own Liquid Art cocktail challenge, this cocktail cleanses the palette graciously, with the tartness of a lime and grapefruit combination is added to the sweetness and fruitiness of a lashing of fig jam.
