Individual tables can be reserved for lunches or early evening.

The entire venue can be booked for functions of up 600+ people

TID-BITS ABOUT FUNCTIONS:

• Large function groups can book multiple areas or upstairs exclusively.
• Groups can book the entire venue exclusively mid-week (Sunday – Thursday) for a minimum spend of $1500
• All areas are air-conditioned. • Microphone available to functions downstairs.
• Plasma or television screens in all areas.
• Data/video Projectors, Screens, Flip charts, even a Technician can be hired. Prices on request.
• Catwalk, Podium, Exhibition stage, Lighting and Red carpets. Prices on Request.

GENERAL INFORMATION: TRADING HOURS:

Sunday & Tuesday … Closed / Wednesday … 11:30pm to 1am / Thursday … 11:30pm to 3am Friday …
11:30pm to 5am / Saturday … 4pm to 5am

MUSIC STYLE:

• Enjoy lunch to early evening listening to café lounge and chill music, a perfect combination when catching up with friends and have a glass of wine.
• Enjoy your Friday afternoons at Fringe Bar with one of our live local bands helping you wind down after a busy week.
• Fringe Bar’s Late Session hosts some of Brisbane’s best DJs playing the latest commercial dance, house and remixes. It is all of your favourite music mixed like you’ve never heard it before.

DJ’s play from 8pm both Friday and Saturday night, music is played upstairs and down and volume can be controlled in all private function rooms upstairs.

ROOM HIRE:

Fringe Bar charges nothing for room hire. We do not want to charge you for inviting your guests to our bar, so the more the merrier.

DOOR:

Skip the line by putting you and your friends on the door. Birthdays, Farewells or even just a night out, put your group on the door after 9:00pm to make sure you don’t have to line up.

• PAYMENT

$150 deposit is required for functions booked in any of our private rooms or lounges. This can be paid over the phone or at the bar. Cash, Eftpos, Credit, Amex and Diners are accepted for payment. This deposit will be refunded post function date or can be used towards platter or bar tab payment. If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the function date a cheque will be issued as a refund, if  booking is not cancelled 14 days prior it will mean loss of deposit. Large or regular bookings can be set-up as a creditor prior to the function date and invoiced after the event.
